At ElectraHaus, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

30-Day Returns: Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return Shipping: We cover shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you change your mind, just send it back within 30 days and it's still covered by us.
Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days (banks may take up to 10).

At ElectraHaus, we want every customer to shop with total confidence. If something’s not quite right, we’ve made our return process straightforward and stress-free.

30-Day Return Window
You can return most items within 30 days of your purchase date. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept the return.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect – we cover the return shipping costs, no questions asked.

• If you changed your mind – we’ll still accept it as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives broken, malfunctioning, or not as described, let us know within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is back with us and inspected, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including your original shipping cost.

Changed Your Mind? No Problem.
You can return any unused, unopened item within 30 days if you’ve simply had a change of heart. Just send it back in the original packaging. Once we inspect it and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll refund the product cost minus the return shipping.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Keep in mind, some banks or credit card processors may take a few extra days to post the refund.
