At ElectraHaus, we want every customer to shop with total confidence. If something’s not quite right, we’ve made our return process straightforward and stress-free.

30-Day Return Window
You can return items within 30 days of your purchase date. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept the return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • We cover your return shipping costs as long as you meet the criteria for refunds and returns in this policy.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives broken, malfunctioning, or not as described, let us know within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is back with us and inspected, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Also must be within 30 days of purchase. To request an exchange, contact us immediately at support@electrahaus.com. There is no shipping cost to the customer for exchanges (see information provided above).

Changed Your Mind? No Problem.
You can return any unused, unopened new item within 30 days if you’ve simply had a change of heart. Just send it back in the original packaging with our prepaid label. Once we inspect it and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll issue a full refund.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Keep in mind, some banks or credit card processors may take a few extra days to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 10 business days and you still don’t see the refund, please reach out to us at support@electrahaus.com.
