🗓 30-Day Return Window
You can return most items within 30 days of your purchase date. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept the return.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect – we cover the return shipping costs, no questions asked.

If you changed your mind – return shipping is your responsibility. We’ll still accept it as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.
🔧 Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives broken, malfunctioning, or not as described, let us know within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is back with us and inspected, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including your original shipping cost.
↩️ Changed Your Mind? No Problem.
You can return any unused, unopened item within 30 days if you’ve simply had a change of heart. Just send it back in the original packaging. Once we inspect it and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll refund the product cost minus the return shipping.
💳 Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Keep in mind, some banks or credit card processors may take a few extra days to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 10 business days and you still don’t see the refund, please reach out to us at support@electrahaus.com.

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. This is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the item and reason for return.
