What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If you notice visible damage or suspect any issues, make a note of it when signing for the item. If you're unable to inspect it immediately, we recommend writing “possible damage” on the delivery receipt. Should the product arrive damaged, send clear photos to support@electrahaus.com, and we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or compensation.

Do you charge sales tax?

Utah Sales Tax: As a Utah-based business, we collect and remit sales tax on all orders shipped to Utah addresses in accordance with Utah state law.

Other States: Currently, we do not collect sales tax in states other than Utah. As our business meets the required economic nexus thresholds in other states we will begin collecting sales tax in those states as required by law and provide that information, as necessary, to customers.
