We understand that plans change—and at ElectraHaus, we aim to make cancellations as smooth as possible.

Need to Cancel?
If you’ve changed your mind, contact us immediately after placing your order and before 24 hours have passed at a maximum. We'll do everything we can to cancel it before it ships.

Already Shipped?
If your order has already left our warehouse, it’s too late to cancel, but don’t worry, you can still return the item under our 30-Day Return Policy once it arrives.

How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, email us at support@electrahaus.com as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll confirm whether the order can still be canceled and guide you through the next steps.
